Common use of MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING CONDITIONS. (A) Without the written consent of the City and except as otherwise specifically provided in this Franchise, Grantee shall not delete, or so limit as to effectively delete, any broad category of Programming identified in Subsection 5.3 carried on Grantee's Cable System as of the Effective Date of this Franchise. (B) In the event of a modification proceeding under federal law, the mix and quality of services provided by the Grantee on the Effective Date of this Franchise shall be deemed the mix and quality of services required under this Franchise throughout its term.
