Maintenance of Existing Drains, Etc. Where the Work herein contemplated intercepts or affects in any way any stream, ditch, drain or culvert, the Contractor shall, where required, arrange for keeping the same permanently open by building drains, culverts, or other structures or by rebuilding, repairing, or extending those existing with materials of the quality specified herein, of the size required, and as directed for each case.
