Maintenance of existing registrations and applications. Unless the Parties otherwise agree, Licensor shall, at its own cost, take all reasonable steps to: (i) maintain the registrations for; and (ii) prosecute applications for registration through to registration of, the Licensed TMs listed in Exhibit 1 (Licensed TMs), provided that Licensee promptly provides, or procures the provision from any permitted sublicensee of Licensee of, all reasonable assistance required by Licensor in connection with doing so.
