Common use of Maintenance of Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Intellectual Property. The Company will, and will cause each of its material Subsidiaries to, take all action necessary or advisable to maintain all of the rights or licenses to use all trademarks, trade names, service marks, service mark registrations, service names, original works of authorship, patents, patent rights, copyrights, inventions, licenses, approvals, governmental authorizations, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights and all applications and registrations therefor of the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries, in each case that are necessary or material to the conduct of its business in full force and effect.

Maintenance of Intellectual Property. The Company will, and will cause each of its material Subsidiaries to, take all action necessary or advisable to maintain all of the rights or licenses to use all trademarks, trade names, service marks, service mark registrations, service names, original works of authorship, patents, patent rights, copyrights, inventions, licenses, approvals, governmental authorizations, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights and all applications and registrations therefor of the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries, in each case that are necessary or material to the conduct of its business in full force and effect.,

The Company willwill take, and will the Company shall cause each of its material Subsidiaries toto maintain, take all action necessary or advisable to maintain all of the rights or licenses to use all trademarks, trade names, service marks, service mark xxxx registrations, service names, original works of authorship, patents, patent rights, copyrights, inventions, licenses, approvals, governmental authorizations, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights and all applications and registrations therefor of the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries, in each case or such Subsidiary that are necessary or material (as determined by the Company in good faith) to the conduct of its business in full force and effect.
