Maintenance of Inventory and Equipment. Each Grantor will do all things necessary to maintain, preserve, protect and keep the Inventory in saleable condition and the Equipment in as good a state of repair and condition as at the date hereof except for ordinary wear and tear.

Maintenance of Inventory and Equipment. Each Grantor will do all things necessary to maintain, preserve, protect and keep the Inventory in saleable condition and the Equipment owned by such Grantor in as good a state of repair repair, working order and saleable condition as at the date hereof except for (ordinary wear and teartear excepted) and make all necessary and proper repairs, renewals and replacements so that its business carried on in connection therewith may be properly conducted at all times, except where the failure to do so, individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
