Common use of Maintenance of Inventory Control Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Inventory Control. Borrower shall maintain and at all times fully comply with the Inventory Control Procedures from the date hereof until the Loan is repaid in full. Borrower shall permit Agent, its officers, employees, auditors, and other agents or designees to review the books and records of Borrower and make such other examinations and inspections as Agent in its sole discretion deems necessary to determine that Borrower is in full compliance with such Inventory Control Procedures.
