Maintenance of Loan. Between the Effective Date and the Closing Date, Seller shall make or cause the Companies to make all payments of principal and interest required by the Loan Documents to be made prior to Closing and perform all of the obligations, terms and provisions thereof on the part of the Seller and/or the Companies to be performed.
