Maintenance of Ownership of Subsidiaries. 97 107 The Company will at all times maintain direct or indirect legal and beneficial ownership of the percentage of outstanding shares of each class of capital stock substantially as set forth on Schedule 6.08 of each of its Subsidiaries, except as modified by a consolidation merger or sale permitted pursuant to the proviso to Section 8.05.
