Maintenance of Ownership of Subsidiaries. Except as permitted by Section 6.03, the Company will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, sell or otherwise dispose of any shares of capital stock of any of the Company's Material Subsidiaries or permit any Subsidiary of the Company to issue, sell or otherwise dispose of (other than to its parent) any shares of its capital stock or the capital stock of any of the Company's Material Subsidiaries.

Maintenance of Ownership of Subsidiaries.
