Common use of Maintenance of Patents or Copyright Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Patents or Copyright. At its own expense, each Assignor shall make timely payment of all post-issuance or other fees required pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 41 or otherwise to maintain in force its rights under each Patent or Copyright, absent prior written consent of the Collateral Agent (other than any such Patents or Copyrights which are no longer used or useful in its business or operations).
