Common use of Maintenance of Patents or Copyright Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Patents or Copyright. At its own expense, each Assignor shall make timely payment of all post-issuance fees required to maintain in force its rights under each Patent or Copyright, absent prior written consent of the Collateral Agent (other than any such Patents or Copyrights which are no longer used or are deemed by such Assignor in its reasonable business judgment to no longer be useful in its business or operations).
