Maintenance of Patents, Trademarks, Etc. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its Controlled Subsidiaries to, and shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause each Non-Controlled Subsidiary to, maintain in full force and effect all patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, licenses, franchises, permits and other authorizations necessary for the ownership and operation of its properties and business (if any) if the failure so to maintain the same would constitute a Material Adverse Change.
