Maintenance of Patents, Trademarks, Etc. Each Loan Party shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain in full force and effect all patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, licenses, franchises, permits and other authorizations deemed necessary by such Loan Party for the ownership and operation of its properties and business if the failure so to maintain the same would constitute a Material Adverse Change.
