Maintenance of Patents, Trademarks, Etc. Each Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain in full force and effect all patents, trademarks, trade names, copyrights, licenses, franchises, permits and other authorizations necessary for the ownership and operation of its properties and business, except to the extent that the failure so to maintain the same individually or in the aggregate could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Each Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries (other than the Aerostructures Filing Entities during the Aerostructures Bankruptcy Period) to, maintain in full force and effect all patents, trademarks, trade names, copyrights, licenses, franchises, permits permits, intellectual property and other authorizations necessary for the ownership and operation of its properties and business, except to the extent that business if the failure so to maintain the same individually or in the aggregate could not reasonably be expected to have would constitute a Material Adverse EffectChange.
