Maintenance of Premises, Building and Building Common Use Facilities. (A) The Landlord shall keep the exterior of the Building, the Landlord's fixtures and fittings and the Building Common Use Facilities clean and in good repair and condition. 4.3 صيانة العين المستاجرة، المبني و المرافق ذات الإستعمال المشترك (أ) يتعين علي المؤجر المحافظة علي نظافة الواجهة الخارجية من المبني، و الأشياء المثبتة فيه و التجهيزات العائدة له، و المرافق ذات الإستعمال المشترك في المبني و إبقائها في حالة جيدة.
