Common use of Maintenance of Properties and Assets Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Properties and Assets. The Borrower shall maintain, preserve, protect and keep its properties in good repair, working order and condition (ordinary wear and tear excepted), maintain and preserve good and marketable title thereto, and make all necessary and proper repairs, renewals and replacements so that its business carried on in connection therewith may be properly and advantageously conducted at all times, except where the failure to maintain, preserve, protect or keep such properties would not have a Material Adverse Effect.

Maintenance of Properties and Assets. The Borrower shall maintain, preserve, protect preserve and keep all its properties and assets in good repair, working order and condition (ordinary wear condition, and tear excepted)make, maintain or cause to be made, all necessary or appropriate repairs, renewals, replacements, substitutions, additions, betterments, and preserve good and marketable title improvements thereto, and make all necessary and proper repairs, renewals and replacements so that its business carried on in connection therewith may efficiency of all such properties and assets shall at all times be properly preserved and advantageously conducted at all times, except where the failure to maintain, preserve, protect or keep such properties would not have a Material Adverse Effectmaintained.
