Common use of Maintenance of Properties and Leases Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Properties and Leases. The Company will keep its properties and those of its subsidiaries in good repair, working order and condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and from time to time make all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, additions and improvements thereto; and the Company and its subsidiaries will at all times comply with each material provision of all leases to which any of them is a party or under which any of them occupies property if the breach of such provision might have a material and adverse effect on the condition, financial or otherwise, or operations of the Company.

The Company Corporation will keep its properties and those of its subsidiaries in good repair, working order and condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and from time to time make all needful and proper proper, or legally required, repairs, renewals, replacements, additions and improvements thereto; and the Company and its subsidiaries Corporation will at all times comply with each material provision of all leases to which any of them it is a party or under which any of them occupies it occupies, or has possession of, property if the breach of such provision might have a material and adverse effect on the condition, financial or otherwise, or operations of the CompanyCorporation.
