Common use of Maintenance of Properties and Leases Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Properties and Leases. The Corporation will keep its properties in good repair, working order and condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and from time to time make all needful and proper, or legally required, repairs, renewals, replacements, additions and improvements thereto; and the Corporation will at all times comply with each provision of all leases to which it is a party or under which it occupies, or has possession of, property if the breach of such provision might have a material adverse effect on the condition, financial or otherwise, or operations of the Corporation.
