Common use of Maintenance of Properties and Leases Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Properties and Leases. Borrower shall maintain, keep and preserve all of its material properties (tangible and intangible) including the Mortgaged Properties in good repair and working order, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Borrower shall replace and improve its material properties as necessary for the conduct of its business. Borrower and each Subsidiary shall comply in all material respects with all leases naming it as lessee.
