Maintenance of Properties. The Borrower will, and will cause each of the Subsidiaries to, keep and maintain all property material to the conduct of its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

The Borrower will, and will cause each of the its Subsidiaries to, keep and maintain (i) all property material necessary to the conduct of its business in good working order and conditioncondition with such exceptions as would not have a Material Adverse Effect and (ii) its accounting, ordinary wear software and tear exceptedbilling systems and controls at a level consistent with the standards of other reputable wireless services providers and reasonably required in connection with the Borrower's business.

Maintenance of Properties. The Borrower willwill maintain and preserve, and will cause each of its Material Subsidiaries to maintain and preserve, all of its material properties necessary for the Subsidiaries to, keep and maintain all property material to the proper conduct of its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear and casualty and condemnation excepted.

Maintenance of Properties. The Borrower will, and will cause each of the its Subsidiaries to, do all things necessary to maintain, preserve, protect and keep and maintain all property material to the conduct of its business their respective Projects in good repair, working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
