Common use of Maintenance of Property and Insurance Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Property and Insurance. (a) The Issuer will, and will cause each of the Restricted Subsidiaries to, keep all of their respective property material to the operation of the business of the Issuer and the Restricted Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, in good working order and condition in all material respects, ordinary wear and tear and fire, casualty and condemnation excepted; provided that the Parent Guarantor shall not be obligated to comply with the foregoing provisions of this Section 12.13 to the extent that the failure to do so is not adverse in any material respect to the Parent Guarantor and its Restricted Subsidiaries.
