Common use of Maintenance of Property, Etc Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Property, Etc. The Borrower shall maintain and preserve, and shall cause each Subsidiary to maintain and preserve, all of its properties (except with respect to properties that, in the aggregate, are insignificant to the proper conduct of the Borrower's business) in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and will from time to time make (and cause each Subsidiary to make) all needed repairs, renewals, or replacements so that the efficiency of such properties shall be fully maintained and preserved.
