Maintenance of Property; Inspection of Property. (a) Such Loan Party shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain all of its property necessary and useful in the conduct of its business, in good operating condition and repair, ordinary wear and tear excepted unless such Loan Party or Subsidiary, as the case may be, determines in good faith that the continued maintenance of any of its properties is no longer economically desirable.
