Maintenance of records after Transfer Date. The Licensee shall maintain the records for a period of at least 24 (twenty four) months after the expiry or earlier termination of the Agreement, and shall notify GGIAL before any such disposal and provide GGIAL with a reasonable opportunity to take delivery of such records. The Parties agree that this clause shall survive the termination or expiry of this Agreement.
