Common use of Maintenance of Records by the Administrative Agent and the Security Trustee Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Records by the Administrative Agent and the Security Trustee. The Administrative Agent shall maintain records in which it shall record the amount of each Loan made hereunder and each Interest Period therefor. The Security Trustee shall maintain records in which it shall record (i) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder and (ii) the amount of any sum received by the Security Trustee hereunder for account of the Lenders and each Lender’s share thereof.

The Administrative Agent shall maintain records in which it shall record the amount of each Loan Advance made hereunder and each Interest Period therefor. The Security Trustee shall also maintain records in which it shall record (i) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender Purchaser hereunder and (ii) the amount of any sum received by the Security Trustee hereunder for account of the Lenders Purchasers and each LenderPurchaser’s share thereof.
