Maintenance of Records by the Sleeve Provider. The Sleeve Provider shall maintain records in which it shall record (i) each ML Guarantee issued hereunder or other Xxxxxxx Collateral provided hereunder, (ii) the amount of each Reimbursement Obligation, (iii) interest due and payable or to become due and payable from REPS to the Sleeve Provider hereunder and (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Sleeve Provider hereunder.
