Common use of Maintenance of Registration Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Registration. Each Assignor shall, at its own expense, diligently process all documents required to maintain trademark registrations, including but not limited to affidavits of use and applications for renewals of registration in the United States Patent and Trademark Office for all of its significant registered Marks, and shall pay all fees and disbursements in connection therewith and shall not abandon any such filing of affidavit of use or any such application of renewal prior to the exhaustion of all administrative and judicial remedies without prior written consent of the Collateral Agent.

Maintenance of Registration. Each Assignor shall, at its own expense, diligently process all documents required to maintain those trademark registrationsregistrations deemed by such Assignor's senior management or Board of Directors to be in the best interests of such Assignor, including but not limited to affidavits of use and applications for renewals of registration in the United States Patent and Trademark Office for all of its significant material registered Marks, and shall pay all fees and disbursements in connection therewith and shall not abandon any such filing of affidavit of use or any such application of renewal prior to the exhaustion of all administrative and judicial remedies without prior written consent of the Collateral Agenttherewith.
