Common use of Maintenance of Registrations Sponsored by Registrar Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Registrations Sponsored by Registrar. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, ICANN requirements, and PIR requirements authorized by ICANN, PIR shall maintain the registrations of Registered Name Bundles sponsored by Registrar in the Registry System during the term for which Registrar has paid the fees required by Subsection 4.1.

Maintenance of Registrations Sponsored by Registrar. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, ICANN requirements, and PIR requirements authorized by ICANN, PIR shall maintain the registrations of Registered Name Bundles Names sponsored by Registrar in the Registry System during the term for which Registrar has paid the fees required by Subsection 4.1.
