Maintenance of Representations and Warranties. FOX shall use its reasonable best efforts to cause all of the representations and warranties of FOX contained in this Agreement to be true and correct as of the Closing; provided, however, that nothing contained in this Section shall create an obligation of FOX to ONTARIO to pay money or undertake any additional legal obligation.
