Common use of Maintenance of Review Materials Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Review Materials. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain copies of any Review Materials, Review Reports and other documents relating to an Asset Representations Review, including internal correspondence and work papers, until the earlier of (i) payment in full of the Notes and (ii) one year after the delivery of the applicable Review Report.
