Common use of Maintenance of Review Materials Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Review Materials. It will maintain copies of any Review Materials, Review Reports and other documents relating to an Asset Representations Review, including internal correspondence and work papers, for a period of two (2) years after the delivery of any Review Report. After such two (2) year period, Vendor shall (at Bank’s option) either (i) promptly return to Bank all such information in its possession or (ii) destroy or erase permanently all such information and confirm in writing to Bank that it has done so.
