Maintenance of Rights, Licenses and Privileges and Compliance with Laws. 4.1.1 Lessee shall maintain all rights, licenses and privileges material to performing its obligations under this Agreement. 4.1.2 Lessee shall comply with all Applicable Laws relating to the Engine Package where non-compliance would have a material adverse effect on (i) the Engine Package, (ii) Lessor, or (iii) any other Additional Indemnitee. 4.1.3 Lessee's obligations under 4.1.2 shall not require it to take action inconsistent with mandatory Laws of the state where it is legally constituted, provided that Lessee remains fully liable under 10 for any non-compliance with 4.1.2.
