Unless our instructions specifically require another location acceptable to you and permitted under applicable law: (a) securities shall be held in the country or other jurisdiction in which the principal trading market for such securities are located, where such securities are to be presented for payment or where such securities are acquired; and (b) cash shall be credited to an account in a country or other jurisdiction in which such cash may be legally deposited or is the legal currency for the payment of public or private debts.
