Common use of Maintenance of Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Security Interest. The Administrator shall from time to time, at its own expense, file such additional financing statements (including continuation statements) as may be necessary to ensure that at any time, the Security Interest of the Indenture Trustee (on behalf of itself, the Noteholders, any Derivative Counterparty, any Supplemental Credit Enhancement Provider and any Liquidity Provider) in all of the Aggregate Receivables and the other Collateral is fully protected in accordance with the UCC and that the Security Interest of the Indenture Trustee in the Receivables and the rest of the Trust Estate remains perfected and of first priority. The Administrator shall take all steps necessary to ensure compliance with Section 9.5(m).
