Maintenance of Security Interests in Motorcycles. The Servicer shall take such steps as are necessary to maintain continuous perfection and the first priority of the security interest created by each Contract in the related Motorcycle. The Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee hereby authorize the Servicer to take such steps as are necessary to perfect such security interest and to maintain the first priority thereof in the event of a relocation of a Motorcycle or for any other reason.
