Maintenance of Structure Prior to Spin-Off. During the period commencing on the Agreement Date to and including the Revolving Credit Effective Date, the Parent and the Company shall maintain the capital structure and corporate structure of the Parent and its Subsidiaries to be substantially consistent with the capital structure and corporate structure as of the Agreement Date (together with any further changes contemplated by the Distribution Agreement).
