Maintenance of the Accepted Buses. The LEA agrees that for each Accepted Bus described in Part I to an Appendix, the LEA, at its own cost and expense, shall maintain, preserve and keep such Accepted Bus in good repair, working order and condition subject to reasonable wear and tear, as outlined in the Preventative Maintenance and Vehicle Replacement Manual promulgated by the DPI.
