Common use of Maintenance of the Aircraft Documents Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of the Aircraft Documents. (a) From the Delivery until the Return of the Aircraft, Lessee, at its own expense, shall maintain and update (or shall cause to be maintained and updated), in the English language, all Aircraft Documents as required by applicable Laws and by the regulations of the Aviation Authority and the FAA (if not the applicable Aviation Authority). Lessee shall at all times cause the Aircraft Documents to be stored (1) at a location disclosed to and accepted by Lessor and (2) in a complete and organized format.

From the Delivery until the Return of the AircraftReturn, Lessee, at its own expense, shall will maintain and update (or shall will cause to be maintained and updated), in the English language, all Aircraft Documents created from and after the Delivery Date as required by applicable Laws and by the regulations of the Aviation Authority and the FAA (if not the applicable Aviation Authority). Lessee shall will at all times cause the Aircraft Documents to be stored (1) at a location disclosed to and accepted by Lessor and (2) in a complete and organized formatreasonably acceptable to Lessor, such acceptance not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed, or conditioned.
