Common use of MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID PHASE /UNIT / COMPLEX Clause in Contracts

MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID PHASE /UNIT / COMPLEX. 11.1 The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the Project by the Association of owners upon the completion of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has been described in Clause 1.2.2 of this Agreement.
