Maintenance of Trust Office. The Trust will maintain an office or agency in or near the City of Amarillo, Texas, where notices, presentations and demands to or upon the Trust in respect to the Notes and this Agreement may be given or made. Such office shall be the office of the Trust at 0000 X-00 Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000, unless and until another address is designated by the Trust in a written notice to the Bank.
