Maintenance Programs. The parties shall coordinate to prepare maintenance programs for their own generating units and transport grids so as to ensure the increase of the dependability of their electrical systems and the use of the interconnection to the maximum extent possible.
Maintenance Programs. Each aircraft must have a maintenance program approved by the State of Registry or, for an aircraft subject to an Article 83 bis agreement, by the State of the Operator. a. For aircraft subject to an Article 83 bis agreement, verify the agreement has been registered with ICAO and covers the applicable aircraft (see Volume 12, Chapter 3, Section 5). b. The maintenance program will conform to the international standards set forth in ICAO Annex 6, Part I, Chapters 8 and 11 for airplanes and ICAO Annex 6, Part III, Chapters 6 and 9 for helicopters. c. For each U.S.-registered aircraft, the FAA must have approved the maintenance program in accordance with § 129.14(a).

Maintenance Programs. Borrower covenants and agrees to maintain and adhere to all operations and maintenance programs presently (collectively, the “Maintenance Programs”) in place or as may be required in accordance herewith at any of the Properties as designed by an environmental consultant, satisfactory to Lender, with respect to asbestos containing materials (“ACM’s”), consistent withGuidelines for Controlling Asbestos-Containing Materials in Buildings” (USEPA, 1985) and other relevant guidelines, and such Maintenance Program will hereafter continuously remain in effect until the Loans secured hereby are repaid in full. In furtherance of the foregoing, Borrower shall inspect and maintain all ACM’s on a regular basis and ensure that all ACM’s shall be maintained in a condition that prevents exposure of residents to ACM’s at all times. Without limiting the generality of the preceding sentence, Lender may require (i) periodic notices or reports to Lender in form, substance and at such intervals as Lender may specify, (ii) an amendment to such Maintenance Program to address changing circumstances, laws or other matters, (iii) at Borrower’s sole expense, supplemental examination of any Property by consultants specified by Lender, and (iv) variation of the Maintenance Program in response to the reports provided by any such consultants.

  • Maintenance Programme (i) The Contractor shall prepare a monthly maintenance programme (the “Maintenance Programme”) in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer and submit the same to the Authority’s Engineer not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the commencement of the month in which the Maintenance is to be carried out. For this purpose a joint monthly inspection by the Contractor and the Authority’s Engineer shall be undertaken. The Maintenance Programme shall contain the following: (a) The condition of the road in the format prescribed by the Authority’s Engineer; (b) the proposed maintenance Works; and (c) deployment of resources for maintenance Works.

  • Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.
