Maintenance Remedies. 8.14.1 Failure to Meet Response and Resolution Times. (09/17) In the event Contractor fails to meet the Response and Resolution Times or the requirements for timely status updates within Table 7B for Level 1 or 2, or other timelines as mutually agreed by Contractor and the City, the Maintenance Fees for one month (or one-twelfth (1/12th) of the annual Maintenance Fees) shall be refunded to the City.
