Maintenance Sections and Maintenance Responsibilities. The maintenance sections will be divided according to the access point of the equipments of the Parties, at the Party A’s side of access point, the maintenance responsibility lies in Party A, and vice versa. The Parties shall assume their respective responsibilities and ensure the normal operation of the business.
