Maintenance Service Fees Clause Samples
The Maintenance Service Fees clause defines the costs and payment terms associated with ongoing maintenance services provided under an agreement. It typically outlines how fees are calculated—such as fixed monthly charges or charges based on usage—and specifies when and how payments are to be made. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the financial obligations related to maintenance, helping to prevent disputes over service costs and ensuring the service provider is compensated appropriately for ongoing support.
