MAINTENANCE SERVICES COVERED. Starting on the effective date of the Order Document, and provided the Client is not in default under the Master Services Agreement, Shiji shall provide the Client necessary maintenance services as detailed herein to maintain the equipment listed in Schedule 1 attached to the Order Document signed by the Client, in good working condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
