Major Bank. Immediately upon retirement, an employee shall be entitled to payment for all hours of unused sick leave at a rate equal to twenty-eight-and-one-half (28.5) percent of their hourly wage multiplied by the number of hours of sick leave not to exceed 1040. Partial hours shall be rounded to the nearest whole hour.
