Major Changes in Circumstances. Major changes in circumstances set forth herein include but are not limited to the following: 7.5.1 Party A merges with another company or Party A’s assets have been sold or transferred to another company or a third party; 7.5.2 Party A declares bankruptcy, dissolution or liquidation in accordance with law; and 7.5.3 Laws, regulations or standardization documents published by the State and the governments have rendered one of the Parties or both Parties difficult to perform the provisions hereunder.
