Major Corporate Sponsors or Underwriters. No more than once per year, the Employer may make a proposal to the Federation to approve a CD or DVD gift to a major corporate sponsor or underwriter. Federation approval will not be denied without good cause.

Federation approval will not be denied without good causecause and the Federation will confer with the President of the EMA and/or his or her designee prior to any decision to disapprove such request.
