MAJOR PROJECT COSTS. TRMC shall be responsible for Major Project Costs associated with the Anacortes Marine Terminal during the Term of this Agreement and shall reimburse Operator for any Major Project Costs incurred by Operator with respect to the Anacortes Marine Terminal.
