MAJOR REPAIRS AND NEW CONSTRUCTION. ‌ Major repair projects and/or new construction projects required for the Jointly Used Flying Facilities (collectively, “Joint Use Projects”) are not included under this Agreement. Any Government contribution to Joint Use Projects shall be the subject of separate negotiations and written agreement between City and the Government at such time as the work is required. Any Government participation in the costs of Joint Use Projects is subject to the availability of Federal funds for such purposes at the time the work is required.
